It’s summer and time to be outside in the sun, fresh air and go for a good workout. Here at GSA we have summer training and have people from all levels whether you are a beginner or a pro, there is always a good feeling after a good group workout!
Our training venues can change sometimes due to weather, field bookings etc so always stay in touch here for updates. Remember to bring your towel, water bottle and a positive attitude!
Most of our athletes who come through are from different rugby clubs, social groups and locals who want to get fit. Why is exercise important? Some of the reasons are weight control, regular exercise increases your overall level of fitness, boosts your immune system, gains energy and has proven to help with your mental health. It can help with a myriad of health issues and it’s as easy as taking a simple walk. Once this is established in your daily routine, you can start trying jogging, one step at a time!
