Tatau Mānaia was created by our very own local couple Albert and his wife Rebecca Tupuola. Both passionate about their Samoan Culture, Dance and community, inspired to use creative arts and biblical principles as a vehicle to make a difference in our young people and their families. Albert Tupuola, who is well known in the community due to his service as a Northern Regional Pasifika Support advisor at the Department of Correction, an actor and a choreographer known for his gift and talent in Siva Samoa. A well respected and a positive role model and mentor for our young people.
